Human Resource Specialist

Main job duties:

1.Work with Recruitment Supervisor to update hiring process, identify hiring channels, to effectively fulfill hiring needs according to JCI standard.

2.Guide new employee(s) on boarding procedure, and update process if necessary.

3.Taking care and follow up with JCI project. Ensure employee file, training record, information, policy, etc. Check related document when necessary.

4.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


Qualifications:

1.Minimum Education Required: Bachelor degree or above

2.Minimum Experience Required: More than 2-3 years in Human Resources or relevant

3.Language Requirement: Good verbal and English written skills
